What Is The Reason for The Vibro Hammer Not Vibrating?

Recently we got a feedback from a vibro hammer customer, I think this is a good case to share with you and remind you to maintenance the vibro hammer in time according to our manual so that you can keep the vibro hammer in good working condition and service life. 

At the beginning, feedback from the customer is the Vibro Hammer does not vibrate.

We analyzed the reasons:

1. When the vibration box is removed, the oil on the bearings is found to be dry, it can be seen that there is no regular observation of the oil level and refueling / It is also possible that the oil leakage does not known by the operator, there is no regular observation of whether there is a leakage of oil.

2. Did not regularly change the gear oil, so it leads to more and more iron debris inside, from the picture, the gear is missing a small piece, the gear in high-speed operation, will be broken by iron debris. The other thing that leads to the debris is that if the gear is working all the time without enough gear oil, the hard grinding will also grind out the iron debris.

3. One of the causes of bad gears, high load operation (hard hitting without oil, resulting in high temperatures, temperatures over 130 degrees)
