In beautiful Vancouver, we have an important customer for our hydraulic breaker hammers. The customer uses the machine for river dam repair work, but the combination of extremely cold weather conditions and the harsh working environment makes the job much more difficult. The combination of these factors makes the work much more difficult. This situation also puts the performance and quality of the hammer to a more severe test.

At the initial stage of product design, through many in-depth and comprehensive exchanges and communications with the customer, we successfully obtained the final version of the wedge-shaped connecting frame drawings, which effectively helped the customer to eliminate all the doubts that existed in the connection method. The customer was very satisfied with our professional services.

After more than a month, the customer successfully received the hydraulic breaker and started the installation test on the Hitachi excavator. Afterwards, the customer clearly stated that the welding quality was of a very high level and the precision was excellent, which made his customer very satisfied as well. Moreover, he expressed his expectation to cooperate with us on more products in the future.

For example, in the cooperation of other large engineering equipment, or in the cooperation of the research and development of tools used in some special environments, we hope that we can work together to create more products and results that satisfy our customers.
