In Dubai, we have a customer's Vibro Ripper Nitrogen Shock Pack, after our communication and judgment, we learned that because the customer did not check the nitrogen pressure before use, the movement and the shell due to insufficient nitrogen pressure and collision damage to the Nitrogen Shock Pack.



1. The Gas Spring charges around 7-9kg (with the meter in the toolbox), and the charge is placed under the excavator rack.



2. Check the pressure:


2.1 Place the equipment tip facing the ground, press the excavator down and the front track should be about 20 cm away from the ground.


2.2 Look at the distance between the iron plate and rubber buffer block of the rear movement of the equipment. The distance should be around 5-8 cm.



2.3 If it is too high, the pressure should be increased, if it is not enough, the pressure should be released.


The customer took our advice and carried out the repairs according to our instructions. In order to avoid similar things happening, we also trained the customer's operation team, which greatly improved the customer's project efficiency and reduced the damage to the machine due to improper operation.



Things to keep in mind when using our products:


Check rubber air spring air pressure When the Vibro Ripper is in standby mode, the air spring is flushed with nitrogen or air to a pressure of 4-9kg (nitrogen is recommended).

Because the excavator is old and new and the brand is different, the lower pressure of the boom is also different, so the air spring pressure can be adjusted according to the following method: Place the vibro ripper perpendicular to the ground, and press the excavator boom vertically down to the ground until it reaches the front of the excavator. It can be used only when the crawler track is 20 cm away from the ground and the Vibro Ripper core is 50 mm away from the stroke limit rubber.


Lubrication of all linkage parts

There is a lubricating grease injection port at the end cover of each connecting shaft of the upper and lower connecting rods. Use the supplied grease gun to inject an appropriate amount of oil. In order to ensure that the equipment linkage is intact, appropriate oiling must be performed at least 3 to 4 times a week.
