Tips about Vibration ripper you should to know when you use it

(1) Checking all details of Vibro Ripper and excavator before using.

A: Checking excavator details according to specification of excavator.

B: Checking all details of Vibration ripper ( Including there is a loose bolt phenomenon, oil hose & joint with oil leakage phenomenon,)

C. Checking vibration ripper air spring pressure, the pressure should be between 0.5-0.85Mpa ( 6-8kgs), Vibration ripper top linkage assembly will be damaged if without enough pressure.

(2) What we should pay attention when operator use it.

Working feature: It damage rock’s original structure through high frequency shock and embed teeth into rock. When vibratory force is enough, rock will be fall out.

 

A. Making the best of excavator’s arm cylinder.Make sure are cylinder impact vibration ripper, when teeth touch rock, please start to starting device.

B.  When device finish one set working and rock will be fall out, please try your best to stop oil in advance in order to avoid empty working.

C. When vibro ripper is working. Make sure the angle between teeth and rock is less than 90°in order to exert the stronger impacting power. 

D.  When teeth insert into Rock.

Firstly, please stop to supply oil, when vibration ripper stop to working, the operator tread foot valve again and the vibro ripper start to vibrate shortly, then the operator take advantage of excavator arm to lift vibration ripper up.

E.  If the rock is too much hard, please breaker it with more crushing points. When rock’s original structure be broken, then take action in crushing to avoid crushing in one point.

F.  When you want to operate vibro ripper under the water, should install water check valve and add a breather pipe. Make sure  pipe length is deeper than water, then vibration ripper function is well.
